Our Solution:

Our team determined that the customer was right, the sensors were the problem. They checked the whole system to make sure no other problems were detected. This being the case, they started from the beginning: replaced the photo eye sensors in both garage door openers because the lenses were cracked and wires were slightly damaged. Calibration and alignment of the sensors made sure that the beam was not interrupted except in the case of an obstacle. Our team performed all of the safety tests on the garage door and as a result, the garage door was functioning properly.
